Assan Masood, CEO & Managing Partner

Assan Masood is CEO and Managing Partner of the Firm. A member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants, Assan has been in the profession for more than 30 years. Assan is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (FCCA), UK and Fellow (Life) of Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore Limited (IPAS) and an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax & GST) of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals.

After graduating with an Honours degree in Accountancy from the University of Singapore in 1975, Assan worked with Price Waterhouse Singapore. While in PW, Assan had managed audits of Companies in a wide range of activities including public listed companies and banks. He had also been involved in engagements of Receivers and Managers, Liquidations and Corporate Restructuring, Internal Audit Reviews and other Specialized Audits preceding mergers and takeovers.

He left PW to join General Electric USA where his role in senior financial management included establishment of financial policy, tax and financial planning, US GAAP reporting, expatriate taxation, and general controllership duties of GE’s international operations.

He returned to professional practice in 1987.

Assan now specializes in Business Consulting for Companies and Entrepreneurs including advising on Business Structures, Tax and Trust matters, Corporate acquisitions and restructuring, and promoting joint venture developments.

Imran Assan, Partner

Imran graduated in 2005 with an honours degree in Electrical Engineering from The Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Thereafter he pursued his Chartered Accountancy qualification in McIntyre Hudson , a mid-sized Accounting Firm in London.

He was admitted as an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 2010.

Imran has handled a wide range of engagements in accounting, audit and assurance, due diligence , fraud and investigations for companies and business firms in a range of industrial and commercial undertakings as well as subsidiaries of listed companies.

Imran currently specialises in the audit of Group companies, business valuations, restructuring and forensic audits.

Imran also holds a specialist qualification in Islamic Finance and was a rank holder in the qualifying examinations.

Zalinah Samade, Director (Client Services)

Zalinah is Director of Client Services which encompass Business Process Solutions, Tax and Corporate Advisory services.

Zalinah is an Accountancy Graduate from the National University of Singapore and is a qualified Chartered Accountant of Singapore.

She started her career in IRAS (The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore) . She had worked for several years in Professional Practice and in Financial Controllership positions both in a commercial undertaking and in the recent past in an Oil and Gas group of companies.

Nancy Zehnder, Head Corporate Services

Nancy leads the Corporate Secretarial affiliate which handles all incorporation and registration matters including statutory compliance matters and the custody of Corporate Records.

She has more than 30 years experience in this field.

The Partners and Directors are ably assisted by a team of experienced and qualified Heads
of departments, Managers and Staff.
